We have discovered some abnormality from certain booking websites, Agoda and C-Trip for instance, that have provided unauthorized booking with credit card pre-authorization and no guarantee of room.

Without being informed, hotels have not the slightest clue and information of the reservation made and rather often with no rooms available.

If you are booking with other websites, please look out for related e-mails or messages, and remember to double-check with hotel staffs.
